Elections
The President serves as the face and leader of the Executive Board, General Council, and RCSA as a whole. They represent the interests of the residents to professional staff and university administration through providing constructive and critical feedback. Additionally, the President is expected to guide the Executive Board to carry out the mission of the RCSA through initiatives and frequent check-ins with the board.
If you would like to run for RCSA President for the 2026 - 2027 academic term, you must complete the Intent to Run Form by Wednesday, January 21 at 11:59pm. Once you complete the intent to run, please submit information to our Campaign & Marketing Request Form. This is also due by Wednesday, January 21 at 11:59pm. The form includes options to request campaign materials and spaces to upload a headshot and any printed marketing you would like.

January 16th - Presidential Candidate Elections Info Session
January 21st - RCSA Presidential Intent-to-Run Form and Campaign Request form Closes
January 21st - 5:00 PM - Information Session (Recording will be linked here and in a button above)
January 26th - Campaigning Begins
January 28th - Presidential Forum (4:30pm, Spratlen 313) & Voting Opens
February 11th - 12:00 PM - Campaigning & Voting Ends
February 13th - 5:00 PM - (If necessary) Violations Hearing on Zoom
February 18th - President-Elect Announcement
